It can be tough to stick to a keto diet when eating out. Most restaurants serve food that is high in carbs and sugar, which can knock you out of ketosis in no time. Another tip is to order carefully when you are at a restaurant. Avoid anything that is breaded or fried, as these foods are usually high in carbs and sugar. Instead, opt for grilled or roasted meats, which are typically lower in carbs. You can also ask your waiter or waitress about keto-friendly sides or dressings.


Finally, don't be afraid to make substitutions when you are ordering. Many restaurants are willing to accommodate special dietary needs, so don't hesitate to ask for what you need. For example, you can request that your salad be made with olive oil and vinegar instead of a high-carb dressing. By following these tips, you can stick to your keto diet even when eating out!
