Once you select the Coaching+ Meal Plan, our Success Coach, Sean, will give you a call/Skype (within 2 business days) to set your goals and work out exactly what you want to get out of the 10 week programme. He will give you advice tailored to your goals, including guidance on the sort of food you should eat in addition to your Muscle Fuel meals.
